CanVerify is a passion project run by a UK medical cannabis patient. Donations help cover hosting, domains, and the time spent moderating reviews — keeping the site free for everyone.

CanVerify is not a registered charity. Donations via Ko-fi are voluntary tips to support running costs and are not tax-deductible.

Ko-fi not configured yet

  1. Create a free page at ko-fi.com (individual/creator account is fine).
  2. Enable donations / tips on your Ko-fi profile.
  3. Copy your page URL (e.g. https://ko-fi.com/yourname).
  4. Add to .env.local:
    NEXT_PUBLIC_KOFI_URL=https://ko-fi.com/yourname
  5. Restart the dev server and refresh this page.

Why Ko-fi?

Ko-fi is built for solo creators and community projects — simpler than Stripe for voluntary tips, and you don't need a registered business to get started. Supporters pay on Ko-fi; funds go to your Ko-fi balance and you withdraw to your bank when ready.

Ko-fi may take a small platform fee on some payment types; check their current pricing on ko-fi.com.
